Founder, Ryan Moy, has worked in the Portland restaurant industry for the past 10 years. Working every position in restaurants, he decided to challenge himself in the food cart industry. After opening two successful food carts in the Northeast Portland area with his partner, he decided to venture onto his own. That is where Rollin’ Fresh came to be.
Ryan wanted to create his passion for food to accommodate the fast paced lifestyle. Rollin’ Fresh will provide scratch made Gluten Free and Vegan sauces, local produce, and premium fish from local purveyors. Always striving to be better than yesterday, Ryan promises to show that in his food. By providing quality, local, and FRESH ingredients Rollin’ Fresh will bring the Sushi Burrito the right way; the Northwest way.
